Rough scrolling when in firefox as compared to Chrome #382

I implemented a timeline test and the scrolling feel(Left click and move the 
mouse) in Firefox is way awkward as compared in Chrome

In firefox while scrolling this way, it keeps on scrolling and freezing like a 
bumpy drive while in chrome its smooth

I am using version 2 under Ubuntu 10.04, Firefox3.6.3 and Chromium6.0.411
