feat!: update app to Neutron testnet #503

This PR makes changes:

to be compatible with the Neutron testnet including the changes from when Duality v0.5.0 was merged into Neutron v2.0.0 (which is mostly a change from camelcase attributes to snakecase attributes) and
updating the dualityjs dependency to work as neutronjs

Please remember not to merge this until the Semantic release workflow has been changed to allow the major version number to be incremented properly.

BREAKING CHANGE: This PR upgrades the app to Neutron v2.0.0. It is no longer compatible with Duality v0.5.0.

Maybe should hold off merging until REACT_APP__INDEXER_API is pointing to a Neutron hosted indexer instance
