Currently the bridging functionality on testnet (https://app.testnet.duality.xyz/bridge) is disabled. But for known IBC paths (eg. recommended IBC paths found in https://github.com/cosmos/chain-registry/tree/master/testnets/_IBC) we should be able to do basic one-hop bridging transfers between chains.
