fix: bridging functionality for testnet (part 2)

This PR

adds specific links to external bridging pages for specific denoms to the Bridging page
- a single link show "Bridge" text
- two links will show a "Deposit" and "Withdraw" link separately
fixes asset sorting by value that was previously not updating when new balances became known
also the default gas has been increased slightly to overcome current gas requirements

the "Bridge ↗" button for wrapped-staked ETH is new, and points to the testnet Neutron Bridge page: https://bridge.ntrn.info/bridge d6a45955-0cd25934--duality-xyz-testnet netlify app_bridge(4_3) (1)

the link is still usable if the user is not signed in: d6a45955-0cd25934--duality-xyz-testnet netlify app_bridge(4_3)
