feat: add beta environment and deployments #534

This PR:

adds a beta deployment workflow to main branch builds --> beta.duality.xyz
adds a beta deployment workflow for PR deploy previews --> *--duality-xyz-beta.netlify.app
- while keeping testnet PR deployments, PR deploy comments now contain both built deployments
- eg https://github.com/duality-labs/duality-web-app/pull/534#issuecomment-1943873726
adds the beta environment variable specification
- and updates the rest of the env files for better consistency as they all correspond to env build configs
- .env.deploy-previews is no longer singular:
- beta deployments use .env.beta
- testnet deployments use .env.testnet
- mainnet deployments in the future may use .env.production
adds some fixes to support denom information that exists on mainnet
- some code broke while attempting to show mainnet data, these fixes are:
- 024cbbd4baea52bbac4f04af70dc52066dcb90c4
- 984629815caeefa1178af2e26c2ea778913b73dc
- a515669f4c26a6b4666c9f0eb5fee9b1b7cb5147
adds an ErrorBoundary component to the app, so users never see a crashed App state if it occurs
