Add demo testnet pair to testnet envs #552

We have new demo tokens available on the testnet through a new faucet (telegram bot: @pion1_dex_faucet_bot)

These tokens and this token pair are not very visible on the testnet because they are new factory tokens:

They should be:

visible as tokens NTRN and USDC (Elijah would like the demo to contain a stablecoin)
selectable in the Orderbook pairs list
