Update preview descriptions (OpenGraph meta tags) #56

Add some information so that link previews and SEO have enough information to display useful descriptions to users.

We won't be optimising the SEO for this as the is the app and not the website. But a search engine result for the app page should at least have a basic blurb about the actual app.

As @nickzoum has mentioned, we could/should also do open graph meta tags here for images and such.

eg

  <meta property="og:image" content="image_path" />
