Describe the issue

Currently only the Qt wallet has a GUI and no RPC commands exist. For users wishing to utilise hardware such as Raspberry Pi as 24/7 staking nodes will require RPC commands to split the coins into multiple inputs.

I also found these commands in my research in other PoS coins and apparently it was not ever achieved. TruckCoin again by presstab I think.
