Finish the following courses

I'm basically done with the actual programming parts of this bundle. While I will finish the curriculum, I'm left wondering where to go next. I think this is the "tutorial hell" so many people talk about. There are things I want to do, but I'm not sure where to start. If anyone reading this has any ideas or advice, please let me know.

As I've been going through these courses, I can't help but feel both accelerated and held back by GDScript. On the plus side, it's easy to pick up and understand. It's extremely flexible, and it's simple to piece together what you want in order to create movement, actions, etc. Having said that, I want more structure. I feel like I'm constantly doing some crazy things in order to get type annotations and keep myself from shooting myself in the foot. I'm wondering if switching to C# is going to remedy this completely. I certainly like the language itself, but I also know it's not at the forefront of this engine's documentation. Everything is GDScript. I'm hoping as I gain familiarity, I can just translate things in my head, but I don't know yet because I haven't spent the time on it.

I'm also starting to come up against the things that have stopped me in the past on these endeavors: everything outside of the programming part. What I wouldn't give to have a "partner in crime" during all this! Surely I'm not the only person that's experienced this before. I must push through this time. I think I'm going to shift my focus to tackling blender for now, but I'm coming back to the dev in game dev soon. I recently bought a "cookbook" for godot 4, so I'm hoping that'll help point me in the right direction for things I want to know, but chatgpt doesn't know about (damn you 3.5 and your cutoff date of 2022). Anyways, thanks for reading "Dually uses the github issues section as a blog". See you later ✌

It's done! It's finally done! I'm not 100% sure what I'm going to work on next. I'm going to put together a blog talking about my experiences first then go from there. Thanks again for reading!
