1. Define classes respectively for Tokenization, NER and KeyWord
2. Each class has its own configuration file
3. configuration file can include others

重构完成了。加入了ProcessorFactory来创建Processor。我写了一个P
arser的例子在
paser/custom_paser.cxx.

各位看看还有啥不妥的地方。
