词典路径问题 #91

当dic的目录在D:\Program Files\tomcat6\webapps\ibizsolr\WEB-INF\classes\dic 

或者说路径中包含空格时
PaodingMaker.getFile(String path)
方法解析的时候有问题
导致
throw new PaodingAnalysisException("dic home should not be a file, but a 
directory!");
