含有"/"的公告不能下载 #5

Hi, Sorry I can't type Chinese right now. Please add more information about this issue. What OS are you using? What was the title that caused this problem?

OS: Mac OS 10.14.2 Python 3.7.1 无法下载的公告标题中都含有"/", 类似于About Q/A Time, 可能是因为"/"在URL中没有转义

下载公告的URL与标题应该是无关的 请检查一下问题是否出在保存到硬盘的部分？公告的保存路径是合法的吗？ 另外，你看到了什么错误信息？
