use MMDetection3D v1.0.0rc1 still have incompatible #22

The official website recommendation is: MMDetection3D V1.0.0rc1 mmdet>=2.19.0,<=3.0.0 MMSegmentation >=0.20.0 ,<=1.0.0 mmcv-full>=1.4.8, <=1.5.0 but there still have problems with version incompatible,could you give the appropriate version in requirements.txt. Thank you very much
