Possible deprecation of the eutelescope branch #3

The eutelescope branch seems not to be needed for running the bdaq53 software with eudaq. The LCIO and EUTELESCOPE dependencies are used when the .raw data is retrieve, using the GetLCIOEvent method. Is in there where those dependences are needed.

To be confirmed, and then deprecate the branch.
