Persistify along with the raw data, the output of a first pre-processing stage which should contain:

pedestal per channel
common noise
number of electrons per ADC per channel

Those branches (std::vector) should belong to the runheader tree (as they are the same for a whole run). As by-product, the event tree can be extended with

signal pedestal and common noise subtracted

Commit 29cdeb952d41fc793daa57f4dd0ecebcec9ee64c implements the pedestal, noise and signal subtracted. They are included in the outputs ROOT files as postproc_

Not closing because missing calibration.

Release v1.1 incorporates calibration info. Closing the ticket
