In order to monitor if the post-processing has been performed successfully, some diagnosis plots will be needed :

(per channel)
common noise (per channel/event)
calibration curves (per channel) This plots would be created only if the debug or diagnosis option is activated

Note that #12 supersedes this issue. All the requested plots in this ticket are implemented now. In particular:

calibration curves are present in the outputfile_cal.root
common mode and event noise are present as new branches inside the postproc_Event tree with the names postproc_cmmd_beetle# and postproc_cmmd_noise_beetl# respectively
