Needs to validate the pre-processing of the ROOT converter (pedestals and common noise subtraction, and noise per channel). Use as baseline the Gerva/Esteban's standalone code (similar to the validation performed for the marlin processors described here

Esteban will take care of this

Linked with #8. The validation can be easily done by using the outputs of the script.

Monitoring plots had been used to cross-check the results. Everything seems to be OK
