After setting up and testing BugNet on SQL Server 2008, I created a clone project to test the functionality and settings. After checking and verifying settings on the second project from a second users machine, I went back to my machine to continue testing. I received errors regarding connections to the database and general error messages. I logged into SSMS and the BugNet database was not on the server anymore. I am wondering what could have caused this and how to minimize the chance of it happening again.
It has been determined that the database was intentionally removed by an IT routine. The database has been restored and everything is fully functional and working as designed.
