Have application resort to DEFAULT tone on main memory when assigned tones on SD card are missing. #205

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Assign a tone on an SMS card
2. Remove the SD Card
3. Tones will no longer sound (expected), however, a default tone is not
played.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Other phones default to a stock tone in this situation. This app doesn't - so all notifications will be missed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

SMS Popup 1.0.9
Sprint Samsung Galaxy S Epic 4G. Android version SPH-D700ECLAIR.DI18

Please provide any additional information below.

This is important so that notifications are never missed.

Oops - #1 should read: "1. Assign a tone on an SD card"

A fully revamped version of SMS Popup is now available in the Google Play
Store:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.everythingandroid.smspopup

I am closing out all old issues/bugs that relate to SMS Popup <=1.10 as so much
was changed in this version. Please create new issues if you see them in the
latest update.
