Sony Ericsson X10 2.1 LED light #211

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Receiving any text message does not blink the LED light as in Android 1.6
2. Using the "Text Notification" button does not blink the LED light as in 
Android 1.6
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The LED light does not blink as in 1.6.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Sony Ericsson X10 Android 2.1.  SMS Popup 1.0.9.

This is an issue with the Sony Ericsson Android system software, apparently LED 
only works when screen is off on after the latest update (see issue 199).
