Notifications not working at all #369

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Receive text message

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Pop up should be displayed, but there is no notification.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Droid Razor Maxx, Ice Cream SandwichSandwich

Please provide any additional information below.
I used to have this app on my old Droid. I loved it! Would live to use it again!

Same here.  Not working at all- no popup.  Tests are fine when on that screen.

have been using this app for years and everything is fine but now I get no 
notification for text messages from any phone or any source.
