Contact Notifications Custom Sound not working - Android 4.3, Galaxy S4 #435

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Modifying Custom Notifications to set an individual Notification Sound
2. SMS Popup is Enabled
3. Notifications in Messaging is turned off

I used this app in my old Motorola Razr Max HD -- and it worked perfect.  I had 
to switch to an new phone (Razr Max HD just decided to stop working after 1 
year), did the full setup and it's playing the system default notification 
sound no matter who texts me.  I have 3 Custom Notification sounds set up, and 
they work fine when I run the 'Test Notification'.

SMS Popup V 1.3.0, Android 4.3 on the Galaxy S4.
