Feature request: NvOFFRUC support #60

Would it be possible to have a vapoursynth-mvtools filter based on NvOFFRUC? There is some docs from NVIDIA and access to the library and sample code too. Thank you!

I am making it. https://bitbucket.org/mystery_keeper/vapoursynth-nvof/src/master/ But don't get hyped. It sucks.

EDIT: Oh, I'm wrong. My filter just uses NvOFF. But I'm pretty sure FRUC sucks too.

Thanks for sharing! I will definitely give your filter a try. I was wondering if NvOFFRUC was now more mature than NvOF since it's now production ready and being used in DLSS 3.
