I'm creating this issue to bring awareness because for some reason the people who have been researching this issue appear to not know to raise the issue in this repository.

I have not determined whether this is an issue in the most recent version of avisynth TIVTC.

Should mode 4 better be linear?

Not a problem in Avisynth, VS-only bug.
