Implement a method to follow Letterboxd Accounts via API.

The pipeline will be as follows:

A Reddit member messages the Bot's Reddit account with their Letterboxd username or LID.
The Bot follows them on their Letterboxd account.

We should keep a JSON object recording which Reddit account is associated with which Letterboxd ID, and replace the previous Letterboxd ID if an account tries to follow multiple Letterboxd accounts.

We will probably need to notify members that we record this information.

The Redditor is part of the related community
The Redditor has some threshold of subreddit karma.
