The current Dubtrack Queue system has a curious phenomenon by which in an empty room the DJ gets 2 turns before anyone else if they queue first. Basically the way it works is that when you DJ your next song is also in the queue so if they're the only person in the queue they get 2 turns. This doesn't matter if the room is barren but if someone comes in to queue up at some point they'll have to wait for the DJ to play 2 songs.
My suggestion is to only requeue the user /after/ they've left the DJ booth.
