I think I should rename RG_STORAGE_HOST and RG_STORAGE_SPEED to RG_STORAGE_SDCARD_HOST and RG_STORAGE_SDCARD_SPEED to be more explicit.

(This is a note to self, I'm not asking you to change anything in this PR)
