In-app re-purchase issue

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Buy the in-app item.
2. Uninstall the app.
3. Re-download and install the app.
4. Turn off WiFi. (Assuming internet is cut off for a moment in reality)
5. Goto billing activity (I'm using Dungeon example for my app)
6. Turn on the WiFi. (Assuming internet is available in reality)
7. Click BUY and goto Android market in-app activity.
8. An error menu popped up.

EXPECTED OUTPUT:
onPurchaseStateChange() to be executed/called.

ACTUAL OUTPUT:
RESULT_ERROR for ResponseCode in onRequestPurchaseResponse()

AFFECTED ORDER IDS (IF RELEVANT):

OS VERSION:
2.3.3

MARKET/MYAPPS VERSION:
3.4.4/2.0.0

DEVICE:
Galaxy Tab GT-P1000 and Galaxy S2 GT-I9100

It showed the error menu when I tried to purchase. I was expecting it to 
trigger the PURCHASE_STATE_CHANGED after it said "Your order os processing, 
your item will be available in a few minute.", but it din't. Here is the 
screenshot.

So, what is the solution? Or when will there be one?  You and the seller are 
LOOSING MONEY.
