STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Click on button to purchase item. I set Original Product id and signatures, 
also verify signatures.

2. But there is response like this the item you requested is not available for 
purchase

EXPECTED OUTPUT: Purchase successfully

ACTUAL OUTPUT: Popup is display of the item you requested is not available for 
purchase.

AFFECTED ORDER IDS (IF RELEVANT):

OS VERSION:2.6

MARKET/MYAPPS VERSION: 2

DEVICE: Samsung galaxy ace
