add arch Nx1+1xN #5

Add logs and prototxt with slightly difference from standard caffe128 arch. Create 2 directories, maybe its not necessary Changes I write in prototxt/arch_Nx1+1xN/Readme.md

Thanks, will merge them somehow soon. Results look cool and clear, but incompatible with others.
