Fix problems with latest dependencies #2

I fixed small errors that were caused by updated dependencies.

numpy 2 is not compatible with other packages yet
kornia_moons separated visualization functions
opencv presumably returns a tuple instead of a list in cv2.split()
updated requirements to avoid broken installations

I couldn't test these because python doesn't see the package when installing from source for me 🤔

Documentation needs to be rebuilt (also, github link is broken at top right: https://github.com/ducha-aiki/correpondence_annotator/tree/main/)
