Voltage and current sensor for arbitrary source #782

I'm using the APM 2.0 board. I would like to be able to use both sets of votage 
and current sensors to monitor and record data from an arbitrary (fluxuating) 
source. Also, have the ablility to graph the data. In my case, I would like to 
add an angle-of-attack and sideslip sensor to my plane.
