Arduplane 2.65 no GPS data in mission planner or Tlogs #790

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Connect to Mission Planner via telemetry, acquire 3D GPS lock

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Aircraft position should show up on mission planner.
No position or aircraft symbol are shown. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
APM 1 2560
RFD900 telemetry
Ublox lea-5h-0-009
All mission planner versions

Please provide any additional information below.
This issue does not exist on Arduplane 2.5
