Missing assembly: system.reactive and transitions #808

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download missionplanner and try to compile.

What is the expected output? 
A compiled program?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest on win7 pro 64Bit

There are 2 files missing: system.reactive.dll and transitions.dll

hotfix: get them from the compiled binary here:
http://code.google.com/p/ardupilot-mega/downloads/list
