APM2.5 and Arduplane 2.65 random going into failsafe on power up #814

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Setup as per usual
2.  Random failsafe on power
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
TX on, Battery connected, 3 out of 10 times, after the battery connected, no 
R/C control, elevator goes full up, and about 20secs later motor starts up.  No 
particular reason, quite random, that 7 power ups no problems, 4 power ups 
problem.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Graupner MX20 HoTT TX with GR24 12 channel RX.
APM 2.5
