Enhancement - Change parameters with spare TX channel. #827

If flying alone, it can be quite difficult operating a laptop in the field to 
tune PIDs etc. Would it be possible, before a flight to assign a spare RX 
channel to a certain parameter, specify a range (eg Roll servo P 0.4 – 1.2) 
and use the TX to adjust the value? Perhaps either with a TX switch to  step up 
the parameter or using a TX slider/knob.

I have just acquired a quadcopter and see that this feature is already in the 
Arducopter software. Its very useful, can we please have it on Arduplane.
