Osd build in. #828

Could you please add the osd to the next version ArduPilotMega.
This way the unit will have everything and less wires make more reliable.

I would prefer that the boards not be combined.  Not all users fly video and 
the added size and weight of the MinimOSD circuitry may be a drawback for those 
users.  An optional version with built in OSD would be interesting, but I would 
rather see that time and energy by project members spent in better ways.
