Never allow `!recipe` to return vegan recipes #75

We don't appreciate vegan recipes. Don't return any recipes that contain "Vegan" in them when using !recipe.

Sometimes vegan recipes are nice. What if we allow them to pass through but add a vegan warning to them so Dan knows to avoid them like the plague? Could also be used for recipes that have nuts so I can avoid them like the plague as well.
