Due to a yet-to-be properly investigated problem in vcpkg's emscripten target (https://github.com/microsoft/vcpkg/issues/34594), it's not possible to enable wasm as-is, but it's still worth to bring in the infrastructure to being able to test it (or at least PR it).
If this makes sense, second part is removing the MacOS / Windows & Linux workflows (double checking that the tests are actually performed).
