Notes:

This needs the DUCKDBLABS_BOT_TOKEN secret to be set, which I don't have permissions to set in this repository.
The "High Priority" label with color #FE3193 needs to be created under https://github.com/duckdb/duckdb_mysql/labels

@Mytherin please add the "DuckDB Labs Issue Triaging" team as admin to this repo so I can perform these tasks.
