show notification when user remotely logged out

Description

Warning the user they have been logged out. That can happen if your remove a device from sync settings, or for internals if they change environment.

Steps to test this PR

Feature 1

• [x] Fresh install
• [x] Create sync account
• [x] Join the account from another device
• [x] Allow notifications permissions on both (or on the device that we are going to log out the user from)
• [x] From one device, remove the other one (from sync settings, connected devices, overflow menu on the device and remove)
• [x] go to the other device, and do something that triggers sync (opening bookmarks, open sync settings, etc.)
• [x] You should get a notification
• [x] sync settings should be in log out state

UPDATE after pairing

• all good
• required a clean build for the network interceptor to be picked up and it wasn't kicking in during my first test
