Description

Make the new browser background responsive to DDG > Settings > Appearance > Theme

Steps to test this PR

DDG Light Mode

[x] Set your system theme to dark mode
[x] Go to Settings > Appearance and set Theme to Light
[x] Go to new tab page
[x] Make sure background is in light mode

DDG Dark Mode

[x] Set your system theme to light mode
[x] Go to Settings > Appearance and set Theme to Dark
[x] Go to new tab page
[x] Make sure background is in dark mode

System default theme

[x] Set your system theme to light mode
[x] Go to Settings > Appearance and set Theme to System default
[x] Go to new tab page
[x] Make sure background is in light mode
[x] Change system theme to dark
[x] Check background is in dark mode
