Description

Align design of DNS related features to https://www.figma.com/design/2w18wtbItRpQy48zJRL1BX/Custom-DNS-VPN-(all-apps)?node-id=61-34391&t=CjHcHREAe4QqUVcW-0

VPN Screen -> should now contain DNS in connection details when set to Custom
DNS section should be visible in VPN Setting
Align design of DNS Server screen

Steps to test this PR

We can defer testing to parent PR.
