Roadmap #129

Closed fgei closed 9 years ago

  1. Begin a process of triaging issues by monitoring and categorizing incoming problems and crash reports
  2. Fix highest priority (most frequently encountered) bugs and crash reports
  3. Finish migrating the project to a Gradle build system. The hold-up was based on the OnionKit/NetCipher library not being updated to gradle, but it may be easy to switch our build system and then simply add their source folder to our build path.
  4. Manage, control, test and keep up to date eith community-contributed patches / PRs / translations/ etc
  5. Work on the UI to use more native elements (action bar, home screen widget, etc). In the process, if it is easy, we'll incorporate the newer, flatter UI from the iOS revamp. Even with the design update from the iOS side we'll make sure it stays Android-y as we don't want people to think that we're just cloning the iOS project.

Thanks! I think 5 shouldn't really happen until we revisit the strategy.
