DDG Feedback email formatting changes #150

Should structure the feedback emails to be a bit more clear:

-make the subject line the path of the feedback e.g. (Bug -> Desktop -> Mac) or (Bug -> Mobile -> App -> iOS)

-remove the form titles from the body of the email like, "It's a bug on Desktop (good ole' fashion computers)" ------> replace w/ full path in this case

This will help triage feedback emails more effectively since they're easier to parse.

:+1: This is a great enhancement.

The email handling and formatting needs an overhaul - there are issues with how they look on small screens and I want a text/plain MIME attachment for all mails, even if I'm the only one who opens it.

+1 on the text/plain attachment, I'm a command line hipster and use mutt.
