Added button improvements

Description :

1. Grouped button border radii on outer edge only - no radius on the inner edge.
2. Changed all button border radii to 3px
3. Removed inset shadow on the buttons.
4. Changed button active states to #3a7fb4 with the default state at #4495d4.
5. Changed main page background from #f2f2f2 to #f9f9f9.
