Installation guide is outdated #1519

I wasn't able to install it on Ubuntu 18

$ dzil build
Required plugin Dist::Zilla::Plugin::PromptIfStale isn't installed.

Run 'dzil authordeps' to see a list of all required plugins.
You can pipe the list to your CPAN client to install or update them:

dzil authordeps --missing | cpanm`

And there are no instructions on how to actually start the http server or install it on apache or nginx.
