[IA pages]Display if a IA requires "safe searching" is turned off in duck.co/ia #324

Hi, at least one IA requires that safe searching is off to work. Unfortunately, in the duck.co/ia page there isn't an indication about that, and the link in the page doesn't use kp=-1 flag, so the IA seems broken.

I suggest to always add &kp=-1 in links of IA that require this, and to add something like a badge "NSFW" in the page with them.

At the moment I'm refering to this page: https://duck.co/ia/view/duck_say, but I'm pretty sure could be useful also for others IA
