Feedback from someone I know who has attempted to create a new cheatsheet (https://duck.co/duckduckhack/goodie_cheat_sheets#how-to-add-your-cheat-sheet) was that he read the "The first setup is to setup your development environment" and looked at the bullet pointed list and assumed that it was all the steps.
He then proceeded on and found later on that he was unable to use Codio's terminal as he didn't get a professional account (as he didn't join the organisation).
I was thinking that if the bulletpointed list wasn't there, then people would be encouraged more strongly to click the set up your development environment link?
