Suggest starting the duckpan install at the beginning of tutorials #50

At the moment, the process is:

Make a plugin - yay!
Now sleep on that while duckpan installs. Come back to it tomorrow to see if it worked.

Why not suggest starting the duckpan install at the very beginning of the tutorial, so it can get a head start while you work through the tutorial?

Closing as the discussion is continuing on #68 . The idea is to mention and introduce Codio earlier on. Then when testing comes up, they can use DuckPAN on codio, where it comes preinstalled.
